VIDEO: Pregnant mom drives her children into ocean

A pregnant South Carolina mom drove a van full of her young children into the ocean on Tuesday March 4th hours after she was interrogated by police for behaving strangely and scaring her children.

Lifeguards at the beach rescued the woman, believed to be mentally disturbed, and her three children aged, 3, 9 and 10 from the ocean after they heard the children screaming from the back of the van.

A witness captured video of the harrowing rescue on his phone (which you can find after the cut). Police said when they tried speaking with the woman, whose identity has not been released, she sounded incoherent and kept talking about demons chasing her. She's now undergoing a mental health evaluation while her children are with family members. See the amazing rescue video below:
